台灣甘藷產業策略聯盟所輔導的行動餐車「台灣薯小兵」，販售地瓜球、冰品、炸物等小吃類型的美食！
台灣薯小兵的視覺LOGO，與美國可愛的小小兵有幾分相似，戴著大大黃黃的眼鏡，所以在設計餐車時就以這個形象為主視覺，用大大的黃色眼鏡，搭配藍色磁磚、黃色廣告面來搭配，讓整台車呈現出活潑、新鮮的感覺～從遠遠的看過來就很吸睛！
藍色磁磚效果真的很漂亮，不只可以維持表面好清潔、放上小物、菜單，都是很有質感的桌面
上方做了一整面的燈箱，像遊樂園的美食販賣部一樣，可以貼上不同的套餐組合，搭配美食照片，看到就餓了～
工作區的部分，依照業主的個人需求，做了兩個白鐵延伸檯面、右邊放置直立冰箱，可直接拿取食材比較方便、還有上方是茶桶放置區！（後來因為炸物品項較固定，所以有安裝小台靜電機與抽風機跟擋煙玻璃）
